One of these is Stanford Oaks. Located off of S. Lakeshore and Stanford Ave., this 14 lot community is convenient to LSU, the LSU lakes, Interstate 10 and Highland Rd. The development offers lots from .24 – .74 acre. Prices for the lots range from the mid $200,000 to upper $300,000.
