The Krewe of Southdowns, Baton Rouge has released its theme for this year…
“TIME MACHINE”.
The parade makes its way thru several neighborhoods in and around Southdowns the Friday evening before
Fat Tuesday(Mardi Gras Day).
What a great way to get into the Mardi Gras season by attending this relatively small but growing neighborhood parade. Many consider it a well kept secret.
Parade begins at 7pm Friday at Lee High School February 8, 2013.
