The much-awaited Galatoire’s Bistro in Baton Rouge opened Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, and owners and guests alike mingled, enjoying the night’s wine and appetizers. The 7,500-square-foot building will include a 1,500-square-foot courtyard for outdoor dining.
