According to my phone conversation with the permit office today, Chick-fil-A has a permit to build a restaurant where the old Koto of Japan was located in the Hobby Lobby Shopping Center. This will be convenient for chicken lovers in and around Southdowns (a subdivision in Baton Rouge, LA).
